The Month Of Love

It’s the month of love and this adorable surprise wedding proposal got us all tearing up… It is so cute that we’ve decided to share it with you! In this sweet video,  Quiana Grant (a  supermodel) thought it was a regular work day when she appeared on a set for a Neiman Marcus editorial. But she would soon find out that it was all an set up, put together by her boyfriend, Dr. James Pinckney II, so that he could propose to her.

In the cute video, Quiana serves body and face as she works the camera to Beyoncé’s “End Of TIme,” totally oblivious to the fact that her boyfriend is about to step on set. Moments later,  Dr. Pinckney appears out of the blue, and she looked stunned as he told her:
“I want to tell you something. I want to tell you that you’re the most amazing person I’ve ever met. I love you with all my heart. Your compassion, your kindness to others. God truly sent me an angel. Quiana Nicole Grant, will you marry me?”
Quiana with happy tears accepted!!

Coconut Yogurt

RAWFOOD

This homemade recipe is so easy and delicious- a great dessert or snack for your day as well!
**Coconut Yogurt**
3 thai coconuts- meat only
1 cup fresh thai coconut water
1-2 probiotic capsules or 1/2 t loose probiotic powder

Blend these ingredients in the blender until very smooth. Store in clean glass containers and let sit on the counter for at least 4 hours or overnight. Make sure to cover the yogurt while it’s fermenting with a piece of cheesecloth or paper napkin so it allows the yogurt to breathe. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days- but let’s be real, it won’t last that long because its too darn yummy! Cheers.

**Chocolate Coconut Yogurt**
1 cup coconut yogurt
1 date
1 T raw cacao

I love the chocolate version of this coconut yogurt- Simply divide the coconut yogurt recipe and add a date and raw cacao- so simple and crazy delicious. Recipe inspired by raw food recipes.
