New Year’s Resolutions

I want to wish everyone a very happy New Year! A New Year means a fresh start, so I have decided to write down a couple of my New Year’s resolutions and share with you.  That way, at the end of 2013, we can look back and hopefully feel proud of all the positive changes we’ve made in our lives.

This year, I never want to take anything for granted and focus on the blessings I do have rather than the things I do not have.

I want to learn more  about health, nutrition and maybe even take a few cooking lessons.

Get yoga in everyday, even it is just 15 to 20 minute meditations – it still makes a difference!

Enjoy my journey as wife, business woman and new mom!
