The First Lady Michelle Obama For Vogue Magazine April 2013

These photos were leaked a couple of hours ago.. the First Lady Michelle Obama on the cover of Vogue magazine [April 2013]. I think everyone can agree that the fashionable First Lady looks stunning! The 49-year-old sports her new bangs on the cover while showing off a blue and purple sheath by one of her fave designers, Reed Krakoff. The sensible and stylish First Lady wore a dress right out of her very own closet at the White House — how cool is that?

The First Lady never misses an opportunity to flaunt her toned arms, and her second Vogue cover is no exception! Shot by Annie Leibovitz, the First Lady also shows off a Michael Kors ball skirt and sweater. The First Lady’s style is definitely something that sets her apart from your average First Lady — and she isn’t afraid to talk fashion! “If you’re comfortable in your clothes it’s easy to connect with people and make them feel comfortable as well,” she tells the mag. It looks like bare shoulders definitely define comfort for the fashionable First Lady!

We just can’t wait to see the full spread. See the sneak peek below!

Join us, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Salma Hayek Pinault, and Frida Giannini by liking Chime for Change: bit.ly/LikeChime. We are in Women’s Month and today is International Women’s Day. Here is a great organization I am a part of and you should be too!

Gucci launches a new global campaign for girls and women’s empowerment at TED2013, led by Frida Giannini, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Salma Hayek Pinault. CHIME FOR CHANGE, founded by Gucci, is a new global campaign to raise funds and awareness for girls’ and women’s empowerment. Considering what the country went through in the past month and I found this a very touching video and campaign for this past Women’s Day!
