The Grammys Showed Us A Few Things

There’s nothing like the Grammy Awards to bring out the best in our favorite famous ladies and they really killed it Sunday night. There was an abundance of gorgeous black, white and red dresses, as well as several skin-baring cutout designs, as seen on Kelly Rowland, Alicia Keys and Katy Perry, just to name a few.

I think Kelly Rowland and Jennifer lopez killed it as I would totally see myself wearing their dresses but Rihanna’s dress was ravishing!

Madame Tussauds Unveils Wax Tribute To Whitney Houston

Almost a year already! It seems like yesterday that everyone  sat together in shock as news spread across the world that America’s sweetheart, “The Voice,”  Whitney Houston was gone. The famed Madame Tussauds wax museum has unveiled four brand new statues of the late icon, each from a different period in her stellar 30 year career just two days away from the one year anniversary of her passing.

The unveiling will mark the first time in the more than 200-year history of Madame Tussauds that four distinct wax likenesses of a single subject representing different points of their life have been created.  Molded at the museum’s London studio, the four shades of Whitney will be spread out to different cities across the country.  Las Vegas will receive “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” Whitney, Los Angeles gets “The Bodyguard” Whitney, New York receives a statue of Whitney from a 2009 photoshoot and D.C gets a statue designed in honor of Whitney’s historic Super Bowl performance.
