I remember when my mom introduce us to Dulche de leche and use to bake us some delicious dessert when I was little! Dulche de leche is the world’s most delicious fudge. It’s great for cakes and desserts! Now I can follow her footsteps and try these yummy brownies for my family.
Ingredient:
1 can of condensed milk
Brownie batter
250 g dark chocolate, preferably 70% cocoa
250 g butter
3 cups raw sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 cup (60 g) of wheat flour
More than 1 cup (60g) cocoa
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
First Start by boiling the can of condensed milk for three hours. The bottle must always be completely under water and remove the label before.
2nd Then turn the oven to 175 degrees. Line a baking dish, about 20 x 26 cm, with parchment paper.
3rd Melt 200g of the chocolate gently over a water bath or in the microwave and let it cool a bit. Chop the rest of the chocolate coarsely.
4th Beat the butter and raw sugar soft and fluffy with electric mixer. Add the eggs one at a time, and egg yolk and beat well between each addition of egg.
5th Stir in the melted chocolate into the batter. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and sift into the batter. Gently turn into a batter and turn finally down the chopped chocolate. Pour the batter in the pan and smooth it out.
6th Put the dulce de leche over the batter and swirl it into the batter with a knife
7th Bake in the oven for around 40 minutes. If you leave the cake in the fridge overnight… it will becomes perfect! These brownies were divinely good! Sticky, chocolacious and with a lot of caramel flavor!
