After months of build-up and anticipation, Gucci’s Chime for Change concert, named Sound of Change Live, finally took place this weekend at Twickenham Stadium in London. The gig, which is part of a global charity campaign to raise funds and awareness for girls’ and women’s empowerment, was a star-studded affair with some of the world’s biggest music performers on the bill and Hollywood’s A-list hitting the stage as special guest presenters. Beyoncé Knowles was the night’s headline act and did not disappoint with her hit-packed set. She performed all of her biggest tracks, as well as a beautiful rendition of Etta James’ At Last, with rapper husband Jay-Z coming on as a surprise guest to perform his segment of their 2003 global smash Crazy In Love. Other star name performers at Chime for Change included Jennifer Lopez, Ellie Goulding, Florence and the Machine, Haim, John Legend, Timbaland, Rita Ora and Jessie J, as well as special surprise guests Mary J Blige and Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon. Hollywood’s elite also showed their support for the cause by turning presenters for the evening. These included Madonna, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Jessica Chastain, James Franco, Freida Pinto and Salma Hayek. 1. More power to women! This was a great show don’t know why people are hating on these artists? If they had their gorgeous bodies they wouldn’t be hating like this!

  2. It’s extremely sad to see people keep hating on women who has worked hard to get where they’re at and dress the way they want. Get a life! I would wear Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez outfits. They are gorgeous ladies! Great blog.
